PGMI IAIN Palopo Gelar Rapat Kerja 2018

Program unggulan yang dirumuskan prodi PGMI IAIN Palopo pada tahun ini terintegrasi dalam “Rumah Inkubasi PGMI” yang telah digagas sebelumnya. Rumah Inkubasi PGMI merupakan suatu tekad bersama yang tertanam dalam sistem limbik. Di mana dosen dan mahasiswa PGMI IAIN Palopo bersinergi menghasilkan percikan ide inovatif. 

Meski hal tersebut mengunakan istilah pembaharu, program kerja yang dirumuskan tetap dalam bingkai pengembangan tridarma perguruan tinggi dengan berlandaskan pada visi dan misi yang telah ditetapkan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan (1) perencanaan target kinerja, (2) perencanaan kerja/ kegiatan, dan (3) perencanaan alokasi anggaran prodi PGMI IAIN Palopo melalui mekanisme rapat (lihat)

Guna merealisasikan hal tesebut, rapat yang dipimpin langsung ketua program studi Dr. Edhy Rustan, M.Pd dihadiri unsur pimpinan Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, serta semua dosen dan staf prodi PGMI memutuskan perlunya pembagian kerja dosen. Langkah tersebut ditempu demi terwujudnya sistem tata pamong yang efektif dalam mengakomodasi semua unsur, fungsi, dan peran dalam lingkup prodi PGMI IAIN Palopo. Pembagian kerja yang dimaksud didasarkan atas empat pilar pengembangan berikut:

3. Publikasi dan Jurnal Ilmiah Bereputasi Hisbullah, S.Pd., M.Pd.  
4. Pengembangan Model Praktikum Lilis, M.Pd  

Ketua Prodi PGMI FTIK IAIN Palopo mengajak para dosen untuk berkomitmen bersama dan saling bahu membahu demi PGMI IAIN Palopo lebih baik. (ER/DI)
